Pre-heat your oven to 350℉ (180℃). Blend banana, oats, plant-based milk, maple syrup, baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Use a 10oz/ 284g ramekin or other oven-safe baking dish. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
