– 1-12 large egg– Salt and pepper, for serving

INSTRUCTION
Place the sous vide machine in a large kettle of water to cook eggs. Pre-heat the water to 167 degrees Fahrenheit. This takes 12-18 minutes, depending on pot size and machine.

Step 1
Gently place eggs in water using a slotted spoon. Add as many as fit in a layer. Time 12 minutes.

Step 2
Place the eggs in an ice water bath for 30 seconds or until they're cool enough to handle. Serve freshly cracked eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper!
