This Hummingbird Cake in bundt form is a very simple cake that is packed with tastes of banana and pineapple. It is a cake that is moist and delicious, and it is ideal for use throughout the year.
INGREDIENTS
Cake Mix:– 3 cups all-purpose flour– 2 cups granulated sugar– 1 tsp baking soda– 1/2 tsp salt– 3 eggs lightly beaten– 1 3/4 Cup bananas mashed about 4 large banana– 8 oz crushed pineapple do not drain off the juice– 3/4 cup apple sauce– 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extractCream Cheese Glaze:– 4 oz cream cheese softened– 2 cups powdered sugar– 1-2 Tbsp whole milk– 1 tsp vanilla extract– 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans for garnish

Heat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a normal bundt pan with baking spray. To avoid sticking, brush the spray all over with a pastry brush. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium basin. Mix and set aside.

Bake 1 hour–1 hour and 10 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick put into the thickest area comes out mainly clean. A few crumbs on the toothpick are fine, but no moist batter.

Cool the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully invert the cake from the pan and cool it on the wire rack.

Whip cream cheese in a medium bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth while the cake cools to prepare the glaze.
