Easy Mint Chocolate Fudge Recipe

This white chocolate peppermint fudge is laced with dark chocolate and is incredibly simple to make. It is also delightfully flavorful.

– 475 g white chocolate chip – 397g or 1 can can sweetened condensed milk – 75 g dark or semi-sweet chocolate – ¾ - 1 tsp peppermint extract greater amount if you want it very minty – 1 tsp vanilla bean paste – Pinch fine sea salt – Green & turquoise food coloring

INSTRUCTION

Put parchment paper in a square pan that is 8 inches by 8 inches. Utilize a loaf pan for slices that are thicker. The dark chocolate should be heated in the microwave for approximately one minute.

STEP  1 .

Take the mixture out of the microwave for one minute, stir it, and then put it back in for another minute. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.

STEP 2.

Condensed milk that has been sweetened and chips should be combined in a pot and stirred. Alter the temperature to low and continue to cook the mixture while stirring it frequently until all of the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

STEP 3.

The extract, paste, salt, and food coloring should be added after the heat has been turned off. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour mixture into the pan that has been prepared.

STEP 4.

Spread the fudge with large circles of dark chocolate and spread them evenly. If you want to swirl it, you can use a toothpick or an offset spatula.

STEP 5.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator to chill for approximately four hours. Cut with a knife designed for chefs. Put away in a container that is airtight.

STEP 6.

It has an expiration date of approximately two to three weeks when stored in the refrigerator and approximately one week when left at room temperature.
