Double Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe  


Make a smooth and creamy mixture by mixing together the butter oil and sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer. 


– 1/4 cup butter, melted – 1/4 cup vegetable oil – 1/2 cup white sugar – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 2 egg – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt – 1 teaspoon vanilla – 3 large very ripe bananas, mashed – 1 cup all purpose flour – 1/2 cup cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1 cup chocolate chip – 1/2 teaspoon salt



Preheat oven to 350. Grease a glass or metal bread pan. Cream butter, oil, and sugar with an electric mixer. Beat each egg after adding. Mix vanilla with yogurt. Mix with mashed bananas. 


Step 1

Sprinkle flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt over banana mixture. Beat slowly to combine. Mix in chocolate chips. 


Step 2

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45–50 minutes until the middle is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


Step 3

After baking, let rest for 10-15 minutes. Flip the bread out of the pan and cool on a wire rack after cutting the edge.
