These Blossom Cookies are a contemporary take on the well-known peanut butter blossom cookies. They are made possible by the ingenious combination of Oreo crumbs with Cookies and Cream Hershey's Kisses.
INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups all-purpose flour– ¼ teaspoon baking soda– ¼ teaspoon salt– ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature– 1 cup granulated sugar– 1 large egg– 1 tablespoon milk– 1 & ½ teaspoons vanilla extract– 1 cup finely crushed Oreo cookies divided– 48 Cookies and Cream Hershey’s Kisses candies unwrapped

Heat the oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment.Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp baking soda, In a large basin, use an electric hand mixer to beat butter on medium speed until smooth. A stand mixer with a paddle attachment works too.
1/2 cup unsalted butter Beat in sugar for 3 minutes until frothy. 1 cup granulated sugar Egg, milk, and vanilla essence should be mixed well.

Ingredients: 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla essenceMix in the flour mixture. Mix in 1/2 cup cookie crumbs.

1 cup finely crumbled Oreos Fill 1 tablespoon cookie scoops with cookie batter and form balls.

Place 1 inch apart on the prepared cookie sheet after rolling in the remaining cookie crumbs in a small bowl.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until cookies are puffy, edges firm, and tops dry.Before pressing a cookie and cream kiss into each cookie, let them cool on the baking pan for 2–3 minutes.
