These delicate, buttery banana muffins with nutella swirl are a simple, one-bowl meal the whole family will appreciate!
INGREDIENT
– 3 large very ripe banana– 1/2 cup granulated sugar– 1/2 cup brown sugar– 1 large egg– 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1 teaspoon baking powder– 1 teaspoon baking soda– 1/2 teaspoon salt– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour– 1/2 cup nutella, or other chocolate hazelnut spread

INSTRUCTION
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap 13 muffin tins in paper or silicone. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add sugars and egg. Mix butter and vanilla.

Sprinkle flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt on top and stir quickly before adding them to the banana mixture until no white streaks remain.

Fill muffin liners 2/3 full with batter using an ice cream scoop or spoon. Stirring Nutella is easier after 15 seconds in the microwave. Add chocolate spread to muffins.

Stir batter with toothpick. Bake muffins until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 19–23 minutes.

Serve hot or cool on a wire rack before storing. Muffins can be stored in an airtight container with bottom and top paper towels.
