Banana Gingerbread Recipe

This banana gingerbread is a delicious fusion of banana and ginger bread! This moist, spicy, and flavorful holiday bread is excellent!

INGREDIENT

– 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 2 teaspoons ground ginger – 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg – Pinch ground clove – 1 stick (8 Tablespoons, 1/2 cup) butter, melted – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 1/2 cup molasse – 2 egg – 3 Tablespoons milk – 3 large bananas (about 1 cup), smashed

INSTRUCTION

Pre-heat the oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan well. Mix flour, salt, soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a large bowl. Set aside.

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar, and molasses in another basin. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add milk and mashed bananas.

Step 2

Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until no white remains. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
